Iris Hay •
Homeopath & Kinesiologist

I am an English and German-speaking professionally qualified and fully insured Homeopath and Systematic Kinesiologist, based in southwest London, near Richmond-upon-Thames.

I have always been interested in the human body and medical science, influenced by my German parents who were very open-minded about combining conventional medicines with complementary therapies. Throughout my childhood and adolescence, homeopathy was one of our family’s treatment options for any short-term illnesses.

During my career as a consultant and business analyst in fast-paced corporate environments, I personally benefited from homeopathic treatment for insomnia and anxiety, both of which had developed into chronic problems. Following that, I decided to use homeopathy as the primary healthcare treatment for my family, husband and daughter, and dog – and to train as a professional homeopath.

I have a BSc in Homeopathy from the Centre for Homeopathic Education in London. During my studies I undertook supervised work with patients at the Ainsworth Homeopathic Pharmacy and the Hale Clinic, both in London. My training covered both the classical as well as the practical styles of Homeopathy.

During my homeopathic training, I was fortunate to attend lectures by some of the leading UK Homeopaths including Mike Bridger, Hilery Dorian, and Tony Hurley.

In 2018 I qualified as a practitioner of systematic kinesiology with the Academy of Systematic Kinesiology, London. I was lucky enough to be trained by the experienced kinesiologist Claire Muller and Dawn Bailey.

My practice

Since 2010 I have worked with patients ranging from babies, young children and adolescents to older people – both male and female – who have presented with a wide variety of health conditions.

My treatment programmes for my clients are based on homeopathic medicines, nutritional supplements, tinctures and tissue salts.

I am fully insured and a member of the Society of Homeopaths and Association of Systematic Kinesiologists, and therefore belong to a voluntary register that has been accredited by the Professional Standards Authority. Both associatations have a strict Code of Ethics for its members and continuing professional development.

I am committed to high professional standards, safety and delivering the best possible service. I actively keep up to date with the latest research, news and trends and developments in the sector and health general in order to grow and enhance my knowledge.

I am trying to overcome CFS which can be a complex issue to treat. I started seeing Iris a few months ago. She has been just so supportive, understanding and active in helping to peel away the layers of the problem and has helped me to get relief from some of the awful symptoms. For many people CFS can take quite a while to overcome. After seeing many different practitioners I feel Iris is the right one to help me on this journey because of her support, persistence and eagerness to try and get to the root of the problem. I have grown to trust Iris, which is important when you face a problem that makes you feel vulnerable. SK, Wallington
